The Benefits of Life Coaching

Most people I meet have no idea what a Life Coach is, how Life Coaching works, and who can benefit.

It is my strong belief that no one needs to be “fixed”, as no one is “broken”.  We get stuck, we get insecure, and we lose control, and ultimately we forget to live life fully. It is also my strong belief that common sense and wisdom are the keys to ultimate mental health and are always available to us because it is our default setting.

Unfortunately, as we grow up, we get too conditioned into functioning with our analytical thinking and, as a result, we lose touch with our inner wisdom, intuition, and common sense. In the meantime, we acquire a lot of negative beliefs about ourselves, other people, and life in general; this affects our wellbeing profoundly.  We forget that living with wisdom, intuition, and common sense is how nature intended for us to function.

Our mental functioning influences every aspect of our lives on a daily basis. The good news is that the more you understand the principles behind the experience of life it increases your power exponentially and you become a lot more secure. The more secure you feel, you stop living at the mercy of external factors, and life does not look threatening anymore.

The benefits derived from Three Principles based Coaching, include drastic reduction of stress and feeling at peace with life in general. Clients’ depression and anxiety-related problems fade away, their confidence and sense of well-being increases, and their relationships transform. They find new inspiration at work, or discover the courage to make changes or even rebuild their careers from scratch, but this time based on a foundation of clarity, fulfillment, and ease, instead of being driven by fears and insecurities.
